Claire started practicing yoga in 2003 but didn't really being to deepen her practice until her first pregnancy in 2015. She has had the privilege of receiving classes and training with some inspiring teachers. Her training began with Yoga Scotland's Foundation course and continued with their Living Yoga course and then a 200hr qualification in 2020. She has since received additional training in yin, meditation, moonology, yoga for children and chair yoga. Always a student! Claire believes in the power of yoga to bring more peace to the individual and to the collective. She is also a mother, and artist, a writer and a community worker.
